For items labeled “In-Stock”, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you order after 10 a.m., it will be processed the next business day. For products not labeled “In-Stock”, they will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days prior to the “Estimated Delivery Date” shown on the product page. Please note that all processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. 

Your items will be shipped once all the items are in stock. If you’d like to receive the “In-Stock” items sooner, please let us know, and we can arrange separate shipments. Otherwise, “Pre-Order” items will be processed according to their respective estimated delivery dates.

Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Fridays will be processed the following Monday, excluding public holidays.
