How to Order
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering on racerepublic.co.za is designed to be a quick and easy process. Just follow these simple steps.
1. FINDING A PRODUCT
By using the filters on our “Shop” page, you can browse racerepublic.co.za by product type. To access detailed information about a product, click on the image of the item you are interested in and you will be taken to the item’s product detail page.
2. USING THE SHOPPING CART
To place a product in your shopping cart, from the product page, select the desired quantity of the item you wish to purchase, and click ‘Add to Cart’. The shopping cart will now open, Click on the ‘x’ in the top right corner to continue browsing, or the ‘Checkout’ button to complete your order. While in your shopping cart, you can remove the quantity at any time. Simply click the ‘x’ button next to the product.
3. CHECKING OUT
When you’re ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you’ve placed in your shopping cart. To checkout, follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.
4. SHIPPING AND BILLING
You’ll need to provide your shipping and/or billing information, select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFT, PayJustNow and Many more payment methods. If you choose to pay with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
5. COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
Be sure to review all of the information that you have provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the ‘Place Order’ button. Once you complete your order, you will see a confirmation page with you confirmation number. Additionally, we will send you emails with your Order Confirmation. Please note that as a result of our speedy order processing, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been finalized. Please make sure your order is accurate before submitting it for processing. Also, please allow up to 1-2 working days for processing.
6. HELPFUL INFORMATION
If you cannot find the product you are looking for, or if you would prefer to order via Whatsapp, please send us a WhatsApp message on 079 290 0007 and we will be happy to assist you.
Note: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Selected items in your order can be returned to Race Republic 30 days from the purchase date, for a complete refund if you are unsatisfied. The returned product must be in new condition.
