Plate Holder Installation Guide: Step-by-Step Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. PLATE TO HOLDER

  • The nut is designed to fit snugly into the hole on the number plate. It may require a bit of pressure to pop into place; this ensures a tight, rattle-free fit.
  • If the hole is slightly too small (common on some plates, usually by ~0.25mm), gently widen it with a screwdriver tip or 5mm drill bit until the nut fits. Ask a friend or professional if needed.
  • Don’t overtighten the screw. Refer to the diagram for proper fitment.

2. HOLDER TO CAR

  • Screws: Tighten gently. Overtightening can crack the acrylic.
  • Pop Rivets: Use at own risk; they apply high pressure and may crack the holder.
  • Double-Sided Tape: Apply to a clean, dry surface. Press and hold firmly for 60 seconds.

3. MAGNETIC DISPLAY CONFIGURATION

  • For display use only (dealerships, shows, photoshoots).
  • Not road legal, use on public roads is at your own risk.

4. WARRANTY

  • Please handle the holder with care during installation. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before fitting.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for damage caused by incorrect installation or unsupported methods.
  • We’re not liable for loss caused by improper fitment or poor surface preparation.
