1. ORDER PROCESSING
In-Stock Items
- Orders for products labeled “In-Stock” will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 10 a.m. will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed after 10 a.m. on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Pre-Order Items
- Orders for products not labeled “In-Stock” will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days prior to the “Estimated Delivery Date” shown on the product page.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
Free Shipping
- Delivery within 3-5 business days after receiving tracking notifications.
- Only applicable for orders valued above R500.
Express Shipping
- Delivery within 1-3 business days after receiving tracking notifications.
- An additional day is required for outlying areas.
Collection Point
- Collections can be arranged at 194 Bancor Avenue Park Lane West Building, Menlyn Maine, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria, 0181
- Please note that items are not stored at this location but can be delivered here for collection upon prior arrangement.
3. ORDER TRACKING
We ship all our products via The Courier Guy or PUDO. To track your order, Click Here.
4. SHIPPING INSURANCE
Selected items are covered under GIT Insurance, enquiry if you are unsure if your order is covered.
5. SHIPPING ORIGIN
Our fulfillment center is based in Pretoria, ensuring faster delivery times across locations.
6. EXCEPTIONS & DELAYS
- While we strive for timely deliveries, there may be delays due to natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
- We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
- Any delays or issues in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier, but we will assist in any investigations.
