RETURNS
1. RETURN POLICY
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 30-day period.
- Notify Race Republic via email at orders@racerepublic.co.za before initiating any returns.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and manuals.
- Custom ordered, or altered products does not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
2. REFUND PROCESS
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
3. DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days of approval, first check with your bank.
- If the bank has no record of the refund, contact us at orders@racerepublic.co.za.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.
- Pre-ordered or specially ordered items are also non-refundable.
5. EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items.
- For exchange approval, email us at orders@racerepublic.co.za.
6. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.
- If you prefer Race Republic to handle the return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- For items valued over R2000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
