1. USING THE SHOPPING CART

To place a product in your shopping cart, from the product page, select the desired quantity of the item you wish to purchase, and click ‘Add to Cart’. The shopping cart will now open, Click on the ‘x’ in the top right corner to continue browsing, or the ‘Checkout’ button to complete your order. While in your shopping cart, you can remove the quantity at any time. Simply click the ‘x’ button next to the product.


2. CHECKING OUT

When you’re ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you’ve placed in your shopping cart. To checkout, follow the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.


3. SHIPPING AND BILLING

You’ll need to provide your shipping and/or billing information, select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFT, PayJustNow and Many more payment methods. If you choose to pay with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.


4. COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

Be sure to review all of the information that you have provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the ‘Place Order’ button. Once you complete your order, you will see a confirmation page with you confirmation number. Additionally, we will send you emails with your Order Confirmation. Please note that as a result of our speedy order processing, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been finalized. Please make sure your order is accurate before submitting it for processing. Also, please allow up to 1-2 working days for processing.


5. HELPFUL INFORMATION

If you cannot find the product you are looking for, or if you would prefer to order via Whatsapp, please send us a WhatsApp message on 079 290 0007 and we will be happy to assist you.

Note: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. All items in your order can be returned to Race Republic 30 days from the purchase date, for a complete refund if you are unsatisfied. The returned product must be in new condition. 

1. ORDER PROCESSING (1-2 Business Days)

STOCK ITEMS: 
All products that display the “in-stock” notice will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 10am will only be processed for shipping the next day, orders placed after 10am on a Friday will only be processed for shipping the following Monday.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS: 
All products that does not display the “in-stock” notice will be shipped within 2-5 business days before the “Estimated Delivery Date” displayed on the product page, excluding holidays and weekends.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a email notification as well as a WhatsApp notification like the example below. This will contain a photo of your package and your tracking information.


2. ORDER SHIPPING (1-5 Business Days)

FREE SHIPPING (3-5 BDays): 
Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days after receiving the tracking email and WhatsApp notification.

Note: Free shipping is only valid for orders above R1250 in value.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-2 BDays): 
Delivery will take place within 1-3 working days after receiving the the tracking email and WhatsApp notification

If you fall under an outlying area, delivery may take 1 additional day

5. WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

Race Republic has a fulfilment center based in Johannesburg allowing faster delivery times wherever you are.  

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time or early, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.

1. GENERAL

The following warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms of conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed Race Republic. Race Republic shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence, strict product liability or any other theory, even if Race Republic has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Race Republic’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Race Republic’s sole option.


2. WATCH WARRANTIES COVER

Your Race Republic watch is warranted by Race Republic for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Race Republic warranty covers mechanical and manufacturing defects. A proof of purchase will be required.

During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of repair charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. 

In case of replacement, Race Republic cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value or similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends one (1) year from the date the replacement watch is received.


3. WATCH WARRANTIES DOES NOT COVER

Glass, strap or bracelet!

Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear,

Water damage unless marked water-resistant (5 ATM or above)

Indirect or consequential damage resulting from the defects or inaccuracy or inoperativeness of the watch

For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service centre may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change. Such charges will be notified and agreed by you prior to performing the services.

 1. RETURNS

Race Republic’s returns policy is only valid for 30 days. If the 30 days expires since your purchase, unfortunately, Race Republic won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Before goods can be returned, Race Republic will need to be notified in advance via email at orders@racerepublic.co.za. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all the additional manuals.

Transport on goods returned or under warranty is for your own account. A 15% handling fee will be charged on all returned goods.

To complete your return, we would require proof of purchase.

Please do not send the item back without making a prior arrangements with Race Republic.


2. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, Race Republic will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. Race Republic will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a few days.


3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you were approved and haven’t received your refund within 5 working days, please contact your bank to confirm when the refund would reflect in your account. Refunds tend to take some time before it is fully processed.

If your bank does not locate the refund, please email Race Republic at orders@racerepublic.co.za.


4. SALE ITEMS

Sale items can not be refunded.


5. EXCHANGES

Race Republic only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send Race Republic an email at orders@racerepublic.co.za for prior approval. If approval is granted, you will be notified where the item needs to be returned to.


6. SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you prefer that Race Republic collects the item, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping items to the value of over R2000, you should consider using a trackable and reputable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Race Republic can’t guarantee that the returned item will be received.

Once you have completed checkout and made your payment, you will receive a order confirmation via email. Once your order has been processed you will receive a email an WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a photo of your order.
